All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods (holidays, product launches) may occasionally impact delivery timelines. Crowntown Cannabis is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.

Where We Ship

We ship hemp-derived products to states where they are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. The following states are currently approved for shipping:

We do NOT ship to the following states due to state-level restrictions on hemp-derived cannabinoids: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont. Laws change frequently — if your state is not listed above, contact us and we'll let you know the current status.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid US address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the label is created.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@crowntowncannabis.com with your order number.

Age Verification at Delivery

An adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery for certain products or order values. The carrier may request a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm the recipient's age. If no eligible adult is available to sign, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup at a local facility.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Crowntown Cannabis purchase. If you're not happy, here's what we can do:

  • Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Defective products (damaged packaging, product quality issues) will be replaced or refunded — contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Wrong items shipped in error will be replaced at no cost — contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@crowntowncannabis.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get Your Label
We'll review your request and send a return authorization with shipping instructions.

Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and ship it back. We'll process your refund once received.

Please do not send returns without first contacting us for authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped product, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're sorry and we'll fix it right away. Here's what to do:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and/or product
  • Email us at support@crowntowncannabis.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and photos
  • We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs — your choice

We do not require you to return damaged items in most cases. We'll let you know if a return is needed during the resolution process.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased in-store can be returned to any Crowntown Cannabis retail location within 30 days, provided they are sealed and unopened. Bring your receipt or proof of purchase and a valid photo ID. In-store returns are typically processed immediately.

For in-store purchases, exchanges for a different product of equal or lesser value may be available for sealed items. If the exchanged product costs more, you'll pay the difference.
